Spring Break Training and Practice Schedule

Spring Break Practice:
Meet at Wolters Field Track unless there is lightning, then we will meet at the high school.
Practices will be from 9:00 am - 11:00 am (that means that you are there and ready to warm-up by 9:00 am)
Practices with coaches will take place the following days (any days not listed are on your own or captain's practices):
Monday, March 29
Wednesday, March 31
Thursday, April 1
Friday, April 2
Saturday, April 3
Monday April 5

If you are in town you are expected to be at practice.    If you will be out of town make sure to get in your training.  NO EXCUSES!

Distance, your workouts can be downloaded from the Team Documents section on the website.

Sprinters:   2-2-2 plan -  2 days speed, 2 days easy running, 2 days hills/stair workouts. Make sure to continue your lifting, and you can supplement the 2-2-2 days with additional sprint drills and controlled speed runs like 3-2-1’s or 4 X 200’s…(no sprinting!)
