The 2019 HPHS Boys Cross Country and Track & Field Alumni Picnic will take place on Saturday, July 27th at Sunset Woods Park. The event begins at 3:30pm. 

We need the following from current team members:

Several guys to have their bikes there to help direct the alumni on the course for the alumni run/race.

What to bring:

Seniors - drinks

Juniors - drinks

Sophomores - snack and dessert

Freshmen - snack and dessert

Coach Downey will be at HPHS to open the weight room Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays this summer at 3:30pm. We would like all returning track & field athletes to be training for a fall sport this summer. If you are not, we ask that you get in quality off-season training including coming to lift with Coach Downey. If you are a sprinter or jumper and need an off-season lifting program, please contact Coach Rusch jrusch@nssd112.org
