Competition Levels and Participants:

♦ We score two separate levels (Frosh / Soph and Varsity). Athletes must stay at one

level for the duration of the meet. Younger athletes may compete on a higher level.

No athlete is allowed to compete below his grade level. We run freshmen /

sophomore races first, and then the varsity level. Athletes must stay at the same level

for the duration of the meet. Some races will be combined based on the number of

entries.

♦ Long Jump and the Triple Jump will be run cafeteria style. Forty-five minutes for the

long jump and 45 minutes for the triple jump. Have your athletes ready to report on

time. Long jump will go first. Pole Vault, High Jump, and Shot Put will start

promptly at 10:30am We may need a coach to help judge the high jump.

♦ We will need two coaches per school to work a field event. With the transition to FAT

timing we may need help with the shot put, discus, high jump, and the long

jump/triple jump.

♦ Results will be posted live on live.athletic.net. Palatine Pack is our timer for this meet.
