45th ANNUAL RED DEVIL CROSS COUNTRY INVITATIONAL

Each team will be issued a bib chip for each athlete.
Packets will be distributed at the tent at the start/finish line.
Tours: Self-tour of the course begins at 7:30am and will end at 8:50am.
Results: One copy will be available at the awards ceremony and live results on athletic.net.

Coaches Meeting: 8:30am at the finish line area.

Fr/So Girls – 10:30am 3.0 miles Unlimited
Open Boys – 11am 1.93 miles Unlimited
Open Girls – 11:25am 1.93 miles Unlimited
* Coaches please ensure that your athletes are capable of finishing in the 3 mile races under 30 minutes.
Awards: The awards ceremony will start at approximately 12:15pm. Individual medals and t-shirts will be
awarded to the top 10 finishers in all the races, at the awards ceremony as well as plaques for the top
three teams at all levels.

Bus Parking : Drop off athletes at the course and then park at Hinsdale Central HS, 55th and Grant Sts. We will assist
with carrying tents.
Parking : Adjacent to the course.
*PLEASE INFORM THE PARENTS OF YOUR ATHLETES THAT PARKING IS NOT
ALLOWED ON COUNTY LINE ROAD.
Restrooms : Available - PLEASE POLICE YOUR TEAM AREA
– TRASH CANS WILL BE AVAILABLE. DO NOT USE
RESTROOM FACILITIES IN THE ARTS CENTER AND THE PADDLE TENNIS AREA.
Water : DUE TO THE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS, WE ARE ASKING EACH SCHOOL TO BRING THEIR OWN ICE AND
WATER TO HELP OUR TRAINERS.
Concessions Concessions and shirts will be available for purchase on site. Shirts are $15.
