Order of Events

8:30 a.m. Open Girls 2 Miles

9:00 a.m. Freshman Boys 2 Miles

9:30 a.m. Varsity Girls 3 Miles

10:00 a.m. Varsity Boys 3 Miles

10:30 a.m. JV Girls 3 Miles

11:00 a.m. Sophomore Boys 3 Miles

11:30 a.m. Frosh/Soph Girls 3 Miles

12:00 p.m. JV Boys  3 Miles

Bus Parking

Enter the school from Lake Avenue and proceed to the first stop sign where they can turn left towards the west end of the parking lot (closest to the football stadium entrance).  Buses should drop athletes off at the main gate of the stadium and then proceed to the east side of the school for parking.

Team Camps

All team camps will be inside the stadium on the grass areas, in the bleachers, or in the soccer fields indicated on the map.

Spectator Information

Spectators will be able to park in the parking lot closest to the football stadium and the overflow can park in the auditorium parking lot.  

FINISH LINE VIEWING: No athletes or spectators will be allowed on the turf or track during races. COACHES & OFFICIALS ONLY!

Pet Policy

We have a strict, “no dogs allowed” on our campus, please share this information with your parents.

Reserved Parking

Small white bus parking, admin. parking, and handicap parking will be available on the west end of the parking lot.

Locker Rooms and Bathrooms

There will not be a locker room facility available, please come dressed to run.  Bathrooms are located by our concession stand inside the stadium.

Coaches Meeting

Coaches' meeting will be held at 7:30 am by the finish line on the southwest corner of the football field.

Awards

We will hold the awards ceremony shortly after the conclusion of the last race. Only varsity awards will be presented in the ceremony. The awards ceremony will take place in the stadium.

Varsity Races: A team trophy will be awarded to the winner of the conference meet in each CSL division. The top 14 finishers in each division will receive an individual medal.

Lower Level Races: Individual ribbons for the top 14 finishers in each lower level race will be placed in an envelope for coaches to pick up at the concession stand at the conclusion of the meet.

Concessions

The concession stand will be open on the southwest side of the football field.

Weather

Athletes and coaches report to the fieldhouse in case of inclement weather. Spectators return to cars for shelter.

AED

An AED is located at the stadium at the entrance onto the south end of the track.

First Aid

A trainer will be available. Athletes should bring their own water. Ice will be provided.
