Alumni Collegiate Conference Results

On day one of the Ohio Valley Conference Indoor Championships, Matt Black (HP Class of 2009) led of the Distance Medley Relay for Eastern Illinois University.   He ran a 3:03.6 for the 1200 meter leg.   The relay team finished in 2^nd place with a time of 9:54.86.   This time ranks 4^th on EIU’s all time list.  The following day Matt ran the 3,000 meter run in 8:43.38 to finish in 5^th place.   EIU went on to win the meet.

On the first day of the University Athletic Association Championships, Mike Boughdiri (HP Class of 2009) of Washington University qualified for the finals of the 800 meter run.   He ran 1:57.32 to qualify.   In the finals the following day, Mike ran 1:57.39 to finish 2^nd place in the event.   Wash U won the meet.

Results

At the IIAC Indoor Track & Field Championships, Ben Swerdlow  (HP Class of 2009) of Cornell College ran the 5,000 meter run.   He finished in 19^th place running 16:51.05.
